I provide a safe, confidential environment in which to explore your difficulties through a collaborative approach at your pace.
Therapy is a space for you to be yourself, giving you time to talk, cry and time to think and reflect. Once a safe relationship has developed between us based on empathy and trust you will be able to consider what actions need to be taken to make change.
Speaking to a trained counsellor can help you to become clearer about issues, find answers, discover ways to cope with feelings and manage behaviours.

that dominate and distresses us taking our minds from present moment
I offer these creative Mindfulness courses but can also offer a different approach
based more on relaxation
8 week Creative Mindfulness course 6-8 children/young people mixed group £800 can be run during school day
Parent/Carer Mindfulness Well-being course, sessions are a mixture of subjects,
a variety of activities including crafts, several activities based around well-being
at parent/carers take home to complete alongside their children. 6 or 8 sessions
x 1.5 hours £600/£800
Parents have loved this course, they have commented how much they have enjoyed sharing the craft activities at home with their children. Many resources are included for parents to take home making exercises easy and fun. They have particularly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and being able to enjoy the arty aspect to the sessions, artistic flair is not an request.
My room is furnished with toy's, sand trays and creative arts in order that children can relax and be counselled through play. These sessions last 50 minutes to 1 hour depending on the child.
